We review your recent invoices and statements, then come back with a prioritized plan: which accounts carry the most room, where we have leverage, and the order we'll take them on. You approve the target list before anything moves. This part is free.
We take on your priority accounts and negotiate hard, using benchmarks and competing offers as leverage. It can take weeks of back and forth. Nothing changes until you approve the result in writing.
The new rates take effect and we track the savings you actually realize. Our fee comes only out of that. If we save you nothing, you owe nothing.

Pricing
